In 2007, Bosch Automotive obtained full approval by the Office Of Fair
Trading.
This means that ALL
members of the Bosch Car Service network have to work
to a very strict code of
practice set out by the OFT and Bosch Automotive. We
all have our companies audited annually by an
independent company to see
that our premises, equipment, personnel,
paperwork, health & safety, our
technical knowledge & general appearance meets
a very strict criteria. This
ensures that our customers will always receive
the best possible service that
we can offer. By choosing us as your local
garage, you can rest assured that
your vehicle is being maintained to the very
highest standard!
March 2009: We are very proud to
announce that we have just been awarded
the Bosch Quality Audit Certificate!
This award is only given to garages which
meet the top level of standards which
are set out by Bosch and the OFT. Each
year ALL Bosch Car Service Garages
undergo a very strict audit by the MVRA,
(an independent body). We have now been
confirmed as reaching the very
highest standards that can be achieved
by this audit. We have been striving
for perfection for many years and this
award has made it all worth while!

We believe that by supplying and fitting Bosch service and electrical parts, we will help to raise the standard of aftermarket car and light commercial vehicle 10; maintenance above and beyond that of the main dealer network. Bosch design and build many of the advanced systems on today's vehicles, and by being supported by Bosch, we are able to access unique information on these systems that is only available to users of Bosch's own Test & Repair equipment. We also have access to a special area of the Bosch website and also a dedicated telephone helpline that is manned by a fully trained team of Bosch Technicians. We are also taking part in more than 9 Bosch training courses throughout 2008/9, to keep us right up to date!
